Return Policy

Thank you for choosing CityGent Men's Clothing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact customer service to apply for return and refund services. This policy shall take effect from the date of publication and shall apply to all purchases made through CityGent official channels.

I. Return Rules

  1. Except for intimate apparel (underwear, underpants), swimwear, accessories and customized items, products can be returned within 14 days from the date of signature upon receipt.
  2. Returned products must be in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition, with complete accessories, tags and original packaging intact; if these standards are not met, the return will be refused, and the buyer shall bear the shipping costs for the return of the package.
  3. You must contact customer service to obtain the officially authorized return address before returning the goods. We reserve the right to refuse any returned packages without an authorized return address and will not be liable for any related responsibilities.
  4. The buyer shall arrange the return shipping on their own, and it is recommended to choose a trackable logistics method; the buyer shall negotiate with the courier company to resolve any issues such as loss or damage of the package during transportation, and we will not be held responsible.
  5. Please do not return products not sold by our store. We are not responsible for the storage or return of such packages, and the buyer shall bear all related losses.

II. Eligible Circumstances for Return

  1. The product has quality issues (such as damage, stains, craftsmanship defects, etc.).
  2. The size or color of the received product does not match the order information.
  3. The product itself has no quality issues, but it is unused and does not affect secondary sales within the return period.

III. Return Process

  1. Send an email to support@citygent.com to contact customer service, stating the order number, the products to be returned and the reason for return; if there is a quality issue, please attach clear photos of the product problem.
  2. After the customer service reviews and approves the application, the official return address and return instructions will be sent to you. Please check your email promptly.
  3. Pack the products in accordance with the return instructions, ship them via a trackable logistics service, and send the logistics tracking number and a photo of the shipping receipt to customer service for record.
  4. We will process the refund within 5 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned package and confirming it meets the return standards.

IV. Refund Instructions

For products that meet the return standards, the refund will be returned to your original payment account via the original channel; the refund amount is the actual payment amount of the product, excluding the shipping fee incurred by the order (except for special promotional free shipping orders).

V. Order Cancellation Rules

  1. If you apply to cancel the order within 24 hours after successful payment and the product has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  2. If you apply to cancel the order more than 24 hours after successful payment but the product has not been shipped, a 10% handling fee of the order amount will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  3. If the product has been shipped, order cancellation applications will not be accepted. You may apply for a return in accordance with the return rules after receiving the product.
  4. To cancel an order, please send an email to support@citygent.com to contact customer service, stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.
