Shipping Policy

I. Delivery Commitment

We are committed to providing safe and timely delivery services, covering all 50 states in the U.S. Deliveries to remote rural areas may experience a delay of 1–2 business days due to logistical constraints. Your understanding is appreciated.

II. Shipping Process

  1. Your order will be transferred by our logistics partners, Yuntong or Yunwen, to an international distribution center.

  2. Final delivery within the U.S. will be handled by authorized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

III. Processing & Delivery Time

 

  • Processing Time Normally 3-7 Business Days
  • Shipping Time is Normally 10-14 Business Days
  • Total Estimated Time: 13–21 business days

IV. Shipping Costs

  1. Orders totaling $70 or more: Free delivery

  2. Orders under $70: A shipping fee of $8 applies

V. Logistics Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to check the delivery status online at any time.

VI. Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or other reasons, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

VII. Shipment Schedule

  • Regular Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT+1)

  • Shipments are not processed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or U.S. public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
